DYA Fall Girls Lacrosse registration is now OPEN. Fall Girls Lacrosse is a one-day-a-week program on Sunday afternoons that consists of 90 minutes of drills/games (intra-team) – OR – 30-60 minutes of drills/games + 30-60 minute scrimmage. The program is perfect for multi-sport athletes who want to keep their skills fresh as well as players new to the sport with minimal commitment. 2026 Recreational Girls Lacrosse
K-6th Grade

Weeknight practices, Sunday games
Girls Lacrosse is quickly growing throughout Central Ohio and Dublin has one of the largest programs!
The DYA Recreational Girls Lacrosse program for kindergarten-6th grade girls takes place in the spring and consists of 3 divisions. Players must be registered to play with their grade level.

K-2nd Grade
3rd/4th Grade
5th/6th Grade
K-2nd Grade Division:
Preseason indoor drill sessions (optional) begin Sunday, February 22 and continue on Sundays through March 15.
Weekly one-hour outdoor practices are held on weeknights beginning the week of March 16 (weather permitting). Games are played on Sunday afternoons beginning March 22. Games and practices are held at Darree Fields.
The season is scheduled to conclude on May 17.
3rd/4th Grade Division:

5th/6th Grade Division:
Preseason indoor drill sessions (optional) begin Sunday, February 22 and continue on Sundays through March 8. Two weekly 1½-hour outdoor practices are held on weeknights beginning the week of March 16 (usually Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday). Games are played on Sunday afternoons beginning March 22. The season is scheduled to conclude on May 17.
Practice Information: Weeknight practice dates are dependent on the coach's schedule and are announced when teams are formed in early March. An additional make-up practice may be necessary some weeks due to inclement weather.
Preseason Indoor Clinics (optional): Winter Clinics are held in late February and early March at Field Sports on Thursday evenings from 7-8 PM. Click the link to register. Girls Lacrosse Winter Clinic
Preseason indoor clinics are held on Sunday afternoons in late February and early March at Field Sports (6400 Dublin Park Dr). Dates: February 22, March 1, March 8 (all Sundays). Times: K-2nd Grade & 3rd/4th Grade 12-1 PM; 5th/6th Grade: 1-2 PM. If your child is attending, please complete the required waiver. Field Sports Waiver Preseason indoor clinics are free of charge for DYA Girls Lacrosse program participants.
Spring Break & Easter Sunday: There are no practices or games during Dublin Spring/ Easter Break (March 30-April 5)
Postponements & Rescheduling: Activities postponed due to weather or field conditions may be rescheduled throughout the season. For weather updates, visit DYA.com/Weather.
Picture Day: Picture Day is Sunday, April 12. Pictures take place near the field where your game that day is scheduled. The photographers kindly ask that you arrive 45 minutes prior to your team's start time to take individual photos. Team photos will be taken after all individual photos are complete. Photographers will have extra order forms available on Picture Day. Picture Day services are provided by Midwest Sports.
2026 Dublin Jamboree: The Jamboree is back in Dublin! The 2026 Jamboree was held on Sunday, June 26 at Dublin Jerome High School.
Equipment
Lacrosse balls and goalie equipment are provided by DYA. Players must provide their own stick, goggles (SEI certified) and mouth guard. Cleats are recommended for all players. Click HERE for a full list of Girls Lacrosse Equipment.
• SEI Goggles: must bear the SEI stamp and be on the list of SEI approved goggles under ASTM F3077-2021 approved goggles (all goggles manufactured after 2021 should bear this stamp).
• List of molded stick heads legal for girls lacrosse: Link: HERE (see Rules Guidebook regarding shooting strings, etc. before modifying a strung stick).

All facilities have automated external defibrillators (AEDs) available in case of emergency. AEDs are portable, life-saving devices designed to treat people experiencing sudden cardiac arrest, a medical condition in which the heart stops beating suddenly and unexpectedly. League Fees:
K-2nd Grade League fee is $125, plus the cost of a jersey, if needed.
3rd/4th Grade League fee is $135, plus the cost of a jersey, if needed.
5th/6th Grade League fee is $135, plus the cost of a jersey, if needed.

Uniform Information:
All players are required to wear the reversible DYA green/white lacrosse jersey for league play. The jersey is the same as prior years and can be purchased during registration. Jersey price is $30.
Uniforms consist of a jersey and skirt/shorts. The uniform is the same as prior years. Uniforms must be purchased for new players and those that have outgrown them.
Dublin/DYA skirt or shorts can be ordered at the DYA Girls Lacrosse Online Store. Spirit Wear is also available for purchase.
Players may wear their own black shorts, if necessary.
Coaches Needed: Dublin Youth Athletics is a volunteer organization of parents providing sports programs for kids. Parents can register to coach their child's team during player registration or by clicking "Volunteer" on the user account page at DYA.com. We can offer training for those that do not know the sport. Team Notification: Families will be notified of their team placement and roster a day or two following the preseason coaches' meeting.

Non-Resident Fee: All individuals who reside outside the City of Dublin corporate limits are considered non-residents for sports field use purposes, regardless of whether they live within the Dublin City School District.
