HISTORY OF DYA
DYA was founded in 1956 to provide an organization for youth sports in Dublin, Ohio.
- From its early beginnings as a baseball organization, DYA has grown with the community and over the years has provided various youth programs: baseball, basketball, cheerleading, football, golf, lacrosse, softball, track & field, volleyball, and a wrestling program, as well as youth officiating programs for baseball, softball, lacrosse and basketball.
- DYA is a 501c3, tax-exempt, non-profit organization.

DYA TODAY
- Dublin youth most likely play their first sport with DYA.
- DYA is the primary source of athletes to the sports programs at the Dublin middle and high schools
- DYA provides a yearly High School Scholarship Award of $2,000 to one graduating senior at each Dublin HS
- DYA collaborates with the high school sports booster clubs to promote their camps and fundraisers
- DYA Travel & Select programs collaborate with high school programs and hire Dublin HS students to help with training and field prep
- DYA recreational programs leverage high school programs for assistance in training younger athletes
