Fall programs include Fall Baseball, Fall Softball, Fall Boys Lacrosse, Fall Girls Lacrosse, Girls Volleyball, Fall Golf Lessons, and Fall Basketball Skills Sessions.
Winter programs include Recreational Basketball and Travel Basketball.
DYA is hiring Youth Baseball/Softball Umpires, Youth Basketball Officials and Basketball Scorekeepers for the upcoming seasons.

DYA Fall Baseball
PreK-9th grade boys & girls
Program dates: Mondays & Wednesdays, August 25-October 13
Registration closes 7/31/2025
DYA Fall Baseball is a two-day-a-week recreational program consisting of 4 preseason practices and up to 10 games. All activities are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings.
Wiffle Ball ($95) Pre-K/Kindergarten

Class A Coach Pitch ($95) 2nd/3rd Grade
Class AA ($95) 4th/5th Grade

New for Fall Baseball: The City of Dublin has adopted a new pricing structure for sports field use. Beginning Fall 2025, those who reside within the boundaries of the Dublin City School District but do not live within the City of Dublin’s corporate limits are now classified as non-residents. A non-resident fee of $50 per player is submitted to DYA by the registrant and paid to the City of Dublin.

DYA Fall Boys Lacrosse is a one-day-a-week program on weeknights that focuses on skills with some scrimmages. The program is perfect for multi-sport athletes who want to keep their skills fresh as well as players new to the sport with minimal commitment. Boys Lacrosse equipment rental is available (helmet, pads, gloves).

DYA Fall Girls Lacrosse

DYA Fall Girls Lacrosse is a one-day-a-week program on Sunday afternoons that consists of 60 minutes of drills/games (intra-team) – OR – 30 minutes of drills/games + 30-minute scrimmage. The program is perfect for multi-sport athletes who want to keep their skills fresh as well as players new to the sport with minimal commitment.

DYA Fall Basketball Skills Sessions
Program dates: Sunday afternoons, September 7-October 12
DYA Fall Basketball Skills is a one-day-a-week program on Sunday afternoons for 3rd-6th grade boys & girls focusing on skill development and basketball knowledge. These sessions are perfect to prepare and freshen skills before basketball season begins.
3rd/4th Grade will focus basketball fundamentals including passing, dribbling and shooting.
5th/6th Grade will focus on core development around ball handling, attacking, finishing and scoring with 3-on-3 live play.

DYA Travel Basketball

Program dates: October 27-February 15
The DYA Travel Basketball Program is designed to further the development of 4th-6th grade basketball players who demonstrate basketball skills and abilities above the typical recreational league player by providing additional practice opportunities and games in a more competitive setting. Tryouts are held in September.

Volunteer Coaches Needed
DYA is a volunteer organization of parents providing sports programs for kids. DYA is recruiting coaches for baseball, basketball, lacrosse, softball and volleyball. Please consider volunteering to serve as the head coach or assistant coach of your child’s team. Coach registration is now a separate process from player registration. Parents can register to coach their child’s team on the DYA Coaches Corner webpage.

DYA Baseball/Softball Youth Umpires
Season: September 9-October 13
DYA is hiring Baseball & Softball Youth Umpires (7th-12th graders) for the upcoming fall season. Umpires work 4th-9th grade games in the DYA Fall Baseball & Softball Leagues. Games are played on weeknights (Monday-Thursday) at Avery Park. Umpire training is in late August. Umpires can work up to 30 games this fall.

DYA Basketball Youth Officials & Scorekeepers
Season: December 6-February 28
DYA is hiring Youth Officials (8th-12th grade) and Scorekeepers (9th-12th grade) for the upcoming basketball season. Youth Basketball Officials work DYA Recreational Basketball 3rd-5th Grade League games, and Scorekeepers operate the scoreboard for DYA Recreational Basketball 6th-12th Grade League games. Officials/Scorekeepers can expect to work 20 to 40 games. Preseason training occurs in November.

DYA Financial Assistance Program
Dublin Youth Athletics is pleased to offer a Financial Assistance Program to assist families with the payment of sports registration fees.
To qualify for the DYA Grant Program, applicants must qualify for the National School Lunch Program administered by the State of Ohio and local school districts and reside within the boundaries of the Dublin City School District or within the City of Dublin.
If your family qualifies for this program, or you know of a family that qualifies and would be interested in receiving assistance, visit the DYA Financial Assistance Program webpage for more information and to apply.
